President & CEO
Brent is a financial services executive with 40 years of experience. He is a graduate from the University of Northern Iowa, obtaining a BA in Business Management and then obtained his professional designations as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Fellow Life Management Institute (FLMI) to anchor his knowledge in the industry. Brent has been recognized by business professionals for his extraordinary commitment to integrity, professionalism, and strategic business savviness. Outside of the office, Brent enjoys all outdoor activities, especially boating and attending sporting events - rooting hard for the Green Bay Packers and the Iowa Hawkeyes! He and his wife, Mary, live in Cary NC and have 3 grown sons.

Tyler has led a successful 15 year career in multiple industries leading both sales & operational teams at a Start-Up and a Fortune 500 company. Most recently, he started and grew a real estate team to over $35 million in sales volume in three years. He is a graduate of Mississippi State University, with a dual degree in Business Administration and PGA Golf Management. Tyler is an avid golfer and sports fan - Packers, Bucks, and Hawkeyes! - enjoys traveling, adventure activities, and a good brewery. He lives in Apex, NC with his Wife, Sydney, and their chocolate lab, Hershey.

With a background in finance with several Fortune 100 companies, Jon brings his knowledge and experience to guide 5S Financial Group’s growth and helps design benefit plans from a strategic financial perspective. He is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin – LaCrosse with a BS in Finance. You’ll find Jon tearing it up on the basketball court, enjoying a beer at a local brewery, and hitting the links with friends. He lives in Cary NC with his fiancé Brianna and a pug named Winston. They are making plans for a March 2024 wedding.

Jon Stubbe

Veteran of the insurance industry for 43 years, Gene started his career in claims with the Travelers Insurance Company and CompSource for 23 years. Rising to the VP of Claims, he then left to start his own Agency in 2003 where he spent the last 20 years growing his business through top-tier service and support, and recently selling the Agency to a large brokerage firm. He is a Graduate of Winthrop University In Rock Hill, SC and also obtaining his WCCLA designation (Workers Compensation Claims Law Associates). He lives in Charlotte, NC with his Wife, Andrea, and are delighted to spend as much time with their new Granddaughter.
